Tasks Page (New Work Request)

Displays items after they have been retrieved from an external work management system or manually added to the work request by a user.

Task The tasks associated with this work request. Tasks are established during configuration, usually to support an external work management system. The Task value normally consists of an abbreviation and a brief descriptor. A work request can have multiple tasks.
Status A value indicating the priority or current state of the required action. Status values are configured to match values used by a work management system or to support other business practices (e.g., C = Complete, N = Not Required, R = Required).
Remark A text string that makes up the remark. A remark can be added only if the task has been configured to accommodate remarks.
Add Opens the Add/Change Task dialog so a user can add a new task to the work request. A task, once added, cannot be deleted.
Modify Opens the Add/Change Task dialog so a user can make changes to an existing task. This button appears dimmed if no task is selected. Only the Status value and the text of the remark can be modified.
OK Closes the dialog and saves the information.
Cancel Closes the dialog without saving the information.
More Opens a custom dialog for specifying custom attribute values. This button appears dimmed if no custom work request attributes have been configured.
